I STILL HATE VONAGE

I understand that you are concerned about the Disconnection fee.

I can only imagine how frustrated you must be with us at this point. My sincere apologies for the time you have spent dealing with this issue.

I checked our records and found that you have disconnected your account on Jun 22, 2009. which is outside our 30 day Money Back Guarantee period. Hence you have been charged for the disconnection fee and rebate recovery fee.
